It is Ok to Vent. Occasionally.

Sometimes, I just need to vent.

I know, I am all for a positive thinking and empowerment, but I have my moments. I am just a human.

I guess, this is the time.

So, I was trying to navigate the online platform, which was supposed to be easy and user-friendly. When it comes to technology, my level is at an iPhone user.

I wanted to post a review for the email provider I am using. I love it and think it deserves getting more exposure on the market place. Hence, my decision to post a review on a trusted source.

5 minute job I thought.. No brainer. Plus, it was a good deed.

Well, let me just tell you, that trusted source was as clear as mud. No user intuitive and so complicated.

I had to go through multiple stages of approval to post that darn review, including reaching out to customer support ( who took about two days to respond)

At one point I thought to myself, what am I doing here? I am just wasting my time instead of investing it into something more productive.

I mean, what the developers were thinking putting together that crappy service provider? Making the user experience so complex and time consuming…

It always amazes me how intelligent and utterly dumb people…
