Back Pain and Self-Confidence

My back was giving me a minor discomfort. Well, I just didn’t stretch enough after the previous bootcamp, I thought.
Fight fire with fire, they say. So, with that thought I went for another session of an intense workout. I am not a whiner and not going to let small things stop me from my exercise routine.
